Hi, I just bought a pair of your Contact 1700's and LOVE them.
I had never heard of Kayland boots before I met one of your reps, Brian Block, and he suggested that I give them a try. I enjoy rock climbing, and mountain climbing, along with various other outdoor sports, but I have had 5 surgeries on my left foot. All of these injuries have made it nearly impossible to find a boot that fits well, has lots of support and is comfortable. I believe I have finally found this combination in your boots and am nearly beside myself for the discovery. I plan on getting a pair of your Mythos as well. I have also started to tell my friends about Kaylands, since most have not heard of your company. Great boots, great fit! Thanks for finally making it possible to have happy feet!

I really believe in your boots and am happy to help promote them if I can. I was able to summit 4 14,000 foot Mountains last weekend wearing the Contact 1700s. The last decent was about 2500 vertical feet of shale, scree, and loose dirt at about a 45-50 degree angle most of the way down. My boots performed better than I would have expected. They never slipped and helped stabilize my ankles. More notably, I had no blisters at the end of the day- a first for me on a day of so much climbing. I think that day actually convinced a friend of mine to buy a pair of Kaylands too since I was raving about them so much. I usually don't get this excited about a product, but when you have had as many foot problems as I have and you find a boot that actually makes this big of a difference...

	WASH Clean exterior with cloth or brush and lukewarm water. Manufacturer may recommend leather treatment or preservation. If so, we recommend Granger's NT Footwear Conditioner. Shake out sand, gravel, and dirt from inside the footwear. Remove and shake out foot bed if applicable.
	BLEACH Do not bleach.
	DRY Dry naturally at moderate temperatures. Avoid direct heat. Convection-style boot driers work well.
	WATER REPELLENT TREATMENT Follow footwear manufacturer's instructions for treatment of external fabric and leather. Treatments will not affect the GORE-TEX® liner.
	STAIN REMOVAL Follow footwear manufacturer's instructions.
